My own healing journey began 20 years ago, when the foundation I had built my life upon crumbled beneath my feet. I believe healing is truth seeking and I found that creative expression in the form of short stories, poetry, drawing and sculpting provided me with a pathway to the truth of who I am, so I could rebuild my shattered soul.
I found artistic expression was the most gentle way for me to journey to the depths of my soul, so I could root out, examine and understand the trauma's of my early experiences in life and find the deeper lessons available to me underneath the darkness.
The artistic process allowed me to find the wisdom in those experiences so I could re-weave the threads I found into the truth of who I am - so I could begin to distinguish the tapestry of my soul.
Over the course of my journey, I have found a deep connection to the loving and gentle healing energy of Reiki. I am a student of both nature and humanity and continuously look for ways to broaden my horizons, deepen my understanding and enrich my life with the wisdom that is found all around us.
I am deeply connected to both Swan and Eagle medicine and I have been able to come full circle to my own ancestral Celtic roots.
